Orders are sent via Signed For Courier & Royal Mail Delivery.

Deliveries outside of the United Kingdom may take slightly longer.

International delivery outside of the EU maybe subject to import duty & taxes

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days after you receive an email from us informing you that your item(s) have been shipped please contact Customer Services.

We aim to deliver your order next working day from the date of dispatch, which makes ShimmerFX one of the fastest online shopping sites for deliveries, and enables you to track your delivery every step of the way, from dispatch thru to delivery.

Any re-deliveries will inccur a "re-delivery charge" if item is not signed for on the first 2 delivery attempts.

Orders to both Northern & Southern Ireland require Ireland as shipping country. Failure to select the correct country may result in your order being held until delivery payment has been received.

1. Losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made.
2. Losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of ShimmerFX.com.
3. Business losses and/or losses to non consumers.
4. Goods delivered to Work/Alternative addresses given by the cardholder .
5. Items returned to ShimmerFX due to non collection or refusal

Cancelled / Refunded Orders

Orders cancelled for any reason other than a service failure directly from ShimmerFX Ltd will be refunded back to the original credit card minus a 10% administration fee.
