Instructions:
For the best results, follow the GOLDEN RULES OF TANNING. To spray, hold the can 30 cms from your skin and spray lightly and evenly in gentle sweeping movements over the area to be self-tanned. The spray will work from any angle, even upside down. For self-tanning the face, close your eyes and mouth and hold your breath when spraying. Do not squint, relax face. If you wish to smooth the product onto the skin with your hands, use gloves or WASH HANDS immediately after using. Allow spray to dry completely before dressing.

METHOD OF USE Massage onto clean dry skin until completely absorbed. GUAM® Fangocrema Mud-Based Treatment Cream produces a tingling sensation and reddening effect on the skin for about 15 minutes.
